Description

This Thermomix® recipe for sweet waffles contains butter, flour, eggs and sugar as main ingredients. The cake category includes this recipe, which is ideal as a sweet breakfast or dessert. Ingredients (9 ingredients)

100 g Butter
200 g Flour
1.5 TL Baking powder
80 g Sugar
1 Päckli Vanilla sugar
0.25 TL Salt
2 Stück Fresh eggs
2.5 dl Cream
1 EL Powdered sugar for dusting

Preparation (6 steps)

Preheat oven

Preheat oven to 220°C.

Melt butter

Melt 100 g butter in one and let cool slightly.

Mix dry ingredients

Place 200 g flour, 1.5 tsp baking powder, 80 g sugar and 0.25 tsp salt in the mixing bowl and mix.

Add liquid ingredients

Add 2 fresh eggs to the mixing bowl and pour in 2.5 dl cream.

Mix batter

Add 1 packet vanilla sugar and the melted butter and mix everything well.

Bake waffles

Heat up waffle iron and brush with butter. Pour batter into the waffle iron and bake until golden brown. Remove and let cool briefly. (Then they will be extra crispy.) Enjoy lukewarm with topping (berries, chocolate sauce, fruits, ect.).
