400 g Butter cookies
400 g Peanuts without salt
500 g Cream Toffees
140 g Butter
200 g Milchmädchen

Preparation (7 steps)

Chop butter cookies

Place 200g each of butter cookies into the mixing bowl and chop for 10 sec/speed 4. Transfer to a large bowl.

Add peanuts

Add the peanuts to the butter cookies in the bowl and mix.

Chop cream toffees

5 sec/Speed 8

Place 250g each of cream toffees in the mixing bowl and chop for 5 sec/speed 8. Transfer to a bowl.

Melt butter and add toffees

Thermomix® Setting

5 min/158°F/Speed 2 158°F

Place butter in the mixing bowl and melt for 5 min/70°C/speed 2. After one minute, slowly add the chopped cream toffees through the lid opening, then replace the measuring cup.
