Description

This cookies cake with chocolate cream is a classic dessert that is always a success. The combination of cookies and a rich chocolate cream makes it irresistible. It is perfect for birthdays, celebrations or simply to treat yourself. The recipe is very simple and does not require an oven, which makes it an ideal option for hot days or when you don't have much time. I often prepare it for my children and they always love it.   • Sugar
  • Cream
  • Cocoa powder
  • María cookies
  • Milk

Preparation (5 steps)

Whip the cream with sugar

Make sure the cream is very cold. Pour the cream into the Thermomix bowl. Add the sugar. Place the butterfly and program 3 Min./Stufe 3.5 without temperature. Observe the cream to prevent it from turning into butter.

Incorporate the cocoa

10 sec/Speed 3/keine

Add the cocoa powder to taste to the whipped cream in the bowl. Mix 10 Sek./Stufe 3 without temperature. Remove the butterfly.

Soak the cookies

In a separate bowl, pour the milk. Quickly soak the cookies in the milk for about 2 seconds on each side. This will prevent them from becoming too soft.

Assemble the cake

In a mold, place a layer of soaked cookies. Cover the cookies with a layer of chocolate cream. Repeat the process, alternating layers of cookies and chocolate cream, ending with a layer of chocolate cream on top.

Refrigerate the cake

Cover the mold with plastic wrap and refrigerate the cake for at least 5 hours so that the chocolate cream hardens and the cake sets. Garnish to taste before serving.
