25.7 g Soy sauce

25.7 g Tomato paste

25.7 g Virgin olive oil

Preparation (3 steps)
Chop ingredients
Place onion, garlic clove, smoked tofu, soy sauce, tomato paste, virgin olive oil, sugar, hot paprika spice, salt, and freshly ground pepper in the mixing bowl and chop for 20 sec/speed 5.
Purée the mixture
Use the spatula to scrape the mixture down and purée for 20 sec/speed 7-9, increasing gradually.
Transfer and serve the Teewurst
Transfer the Teewurst to a bowl and serve.
