Description

  • 8 Stück Tilapia fillets
  • Salt
  • freshly ground black Pepper
  • 1 TL Paprika
  • 1 TL Italian herbs
  • 8 EL Butter, melted
  • 4 Stück Garlic cloves, chopped
  • 4 EL Lemon juice
  • 1.5 TL Lemon zest
  • 1 Stück Lemon, sliced
  • Chili flakes

Preparation (6 steps)

Prepare Tilapia

Preheat the oven to 200°C. Season the 8 tilapia fillets with salt, pepper, 1 tsp paprika and 1 tsp Italian herbs and place in a large baking dish.

Chop garlic

Put 4 garlic cloves in the mixing bowl and chop for 3 sec./speed 7.

Prepare garlic butter

Add 8 tbsp melted butter, the chopped garlic, 4 tbsp lemon juice and 1.5 tsp lemon zest to the mixing bowl and stir for 10 sec./speed 3.

Pour garlic butter over tilapia

Pour the garlic butter mixture over the tilapia fillets in the baking dish.

Bake tilapia

Bake the tilapia fillets in the preheated oven for 10 to 12 minutes, or until they can be easily divided with a fork.

Garnish and serve

Garnish the baked tilapia fillets with chili flakes and lemon slices and serve.
