Description

This banana cake is a delicious dessert that is easy to prepare. With fresh bananas, creamy cream and chocolate sprinkles, it is a treat for every occasion. The cake is prepared in about 60 minutes and is ideal for birthdays or festive occasions.

Ingredients (9 ingredients)

  • 1 piece ready-made cake base (sponge cake)
  • 3 piece ripe bananas
  • 400 ml whipping cream
  • 1 packet cream stiffener
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 200 g cream cheese
  • 80 g sugar
  • 50 g chocolate sprinkles
  • 1 packet cake glaze (clear)

Prepare cream

Put 400 ml whipping cream and 1 packet of cream stiffener into the mixing bowl. Whip until stiff with the butterfly 2 min./speed 3.5. For optimal results, chill the cream well in advance.

Prepare cream cheese cream

Thermomix® Setting

Add 200 g cream cheese, 80 g sugar and 1 packet of vanilla sugar to the mixing bowl and mix for 20 sec./speed 3.

Prepare bananas

Peel 3-4 ripe bananas and slice with the Wundermix WunderSlicer V2. Place the WunderSlicer V2 on the mixing bowl lid and select the fine slice. Place the banana slices directly into a bowl.

Layer the cake

Place a ready-made cake base (sponge cake) on a cake plate. Spread the banana slices on the cake base. Add the cream cheese cream on top and smooth it out. Spread the whipped cream on the cream cheese cream.

Decorate the cake

Sprinkle 50 g of chocolate sprinkles on the cream. Prepare 1 packet of cake glaze (clear) according to the package instructions and pour over the cake.

Chill

Refrigerate the cake for at least 30 minutes.
