Description
This chickpea chocolate cake is a simple and quick recipe for a delicious cake. Preparation only takes 35 minutes and is ideal for anyone looking for a high-protein and gluten-free alternative. The cake is perfect as a dessert or snack.
Ingredients (7 ingredients)

60 g Chickpeas (rinsed & drained)

2 Stück Eggs

2 EL Sweetener of choice

2 EL Cocoa powder
-
1 TL Baking powder
-
nach Geschmack Vanilla extract (optional)

nach Geschmack Chocolate chips (optional)
Preparation (3 steps)
Mix chickpeas, eggs and sweetener
Add 60 g chickpeas (rinsed and drained), 2 eggs and 2 tbsp sweetener of your choice to the mixing bowl and mix until creamy for 20 sec/speed 5.
Stir in cocoa and baking powder
Add 2 tbsp cocoa powder and 1 tsp baking powder and stir in for 10 sec/speed 3.
Pour into mold and bake
Pour the batter into a mold, add chocolate chips if desired. Bake in the oven or air fryer at 200 °C for approx. 25-30 minutes.
