  • 70 g erythritol
  • 100 ml milk
  • 70 g seed oil
  • 100 g buckwheat flour
  • 130 g whole wheat flour
  • 16 g baking powder
  • 100 g walnuts
  • 2 piece apples

Chop the walnuts

Pour the batter into the cake tin

Pour the batter into a 24 cm diameter cake tin, previously greased and floured. Level the batter if necessary.

Peel 2 apples and cut them into thin slices. Arrange the slices on the surface of the cake as desired.

Bake in a preheated oven at 170°C (ventilated) or 180°C (static) for 40 minutes.
