Description
Classic apple cake, easy to make.
Ingredients (11 ingredients)

4 Stück Apples

2 TL Cinnamon
-
1 EL Lemon juice
-
4 Stück Eggs
-
1 EL Erythritol
-
100 g Butter soft
-
100 g Quark
-
75 g Almond flour
-
100 g Ground almonds
-
1 TL Baking powder
-
1 Prise Salt
Preparation (7 steps)
Prepare apples
Preheat oven to 180°C top/bottom heat. Wash, quarter, core and dice apples. Place apple cubes in a bowl. Add cinnamon and lemon juice to the apple cubes and mix.
Beat eggs and erythritol
Put eggs and erythritol in the mixing bowl and beat until frothy.
Add more ingredients
Add soft butter and quark and continue mixing.
Mix dry ingredients
Add almond flour, ground almonds, baking powder and salt to the mixing bowl and mix.
Stir in dry ingredients
Add the egg mixture to the dry ingredients in the mixing bowl and stir in.
Fold in apple cubes
Add the apple cubes to the dough and carefully fold in with a spatula.
Baking
Line springform pan with baking paper and grease edges well. Fill dough into the mold and bake in the preheated oven for about 40-50 minutes.
