Description

These savory tortilla tartlets are a real hit at any party! Instead of a classic dough, we use tortilla wraps, which are topped with a creamy mixture of crème fraîche, sour cream, bacon, onions and spring onions. The result is a crispy, spicy treat that is super quick to prepare. I often make them when I need something quick or unexpected visitors arrive. They taste good warm and cold and are ideal as finger food or a small meal. If you like, you can sprinkle some grated cheese on top.

Ingredients (7 ingredients)

1 container Crème fraîche
1 container Sour cream
1 Pck. Bacon
1 piece Onion(s)
2 piece Spring onion(s)
to taste Salt
to taste Pepper, coarsely ground

Preparation (4 steps)

Chop onion

Place 1 onion in the mixing bowl and chop for 3 sec./speed 5. Use the spatula to push down.

Prepare crème fraîche mixture

Add 1 cup of crème fraîche, 1 cup of sour cream (24%), chopped onion, 1 packet of bacon (in pieces), 2 spring onions (finely chopped), salt and pepper to the mixing bowl and mix for 10 sec./speed 3.
