Description
This chocolate fondant is a comforting and quick dessert to prepare, perfect for sudden chocolate cravings. I often make it when I have unexpected guests, as it requires only a few simple ingredients and very short cooking time. The secret lies in the melting heart which contrasts with the slightly cooked exterior. A real treat! Serve with a scoop of vanilla ice cream for an even more decadent dessert. This cake is rich in chocolate and eggs, which gives it a soft texture and an intense taste. Ideal for chocolate lovers!
Ingredients (4 ingredients)

75 g butter

100 g dark chocolate

75 g sugar

4 piece eggs
Preparation (5 steps)
Preheat oven
Preheat your oven to 210°C.
Melt butter and chocolate
Put 75 g of butter and 100 g of dark chocolate in the Thermomix bowl. Melt for 3 Min./50°C/Stufe 2.
Mix eggs and sugar
Add 75 g of sugar and 4 eggs to the Thermomix bowl. Mix for 20 Sek./Stufe 4.
Incorporate melted chocolate
Pour the melted chocolate mixture over the egg and sugar mixture in the Thermomix bowl. Mix for 10 Sek./Stufe 3.
Pour into ramekins and bake
Pour the preparation into individual ramekins. Bake for 8 minutes.
