Description
Diese Thunfisch-Tostadas sind ein absoluter Hit für ein schnelles Mittagessen oder als leckerer Snack! Ich mache sie besonders gerne im Sommer, wenn es draußen warm ist und man etwas Frisches und Leichtes essen möchte. Der Thunfisch wird mit Mais, Zwiebeln, Koriander und Salsa vermischt und mit Limettensaft abgeschmeckt. Ein paar Tropfen Hot Sauce sorgen für die nötige Schärfe. Die Tostadas sind im Handumdrehen zubereitet und schmecken einfach köstlich. Wer mag, kann noch etwas Avocado hinzufügen oder die Tostadas mit geriebenem Käse überbacken. Ein tolles Rezept, das immer gelingt!

15 ounce solid white tuna packed in water, drained

5 ounce sweet corn, drained

0.5 piece onion, finely chopped

1 bunch cilantro, finely chopped

2 tablespoons salsa

1 piece lime, juiced

hot sauce
-
salt
-
pepper
-
sour cream
-
8 piece tostada shells
Preparation (2 steps)
Prepare the tuna mixture
Place the drained tuna in the mixing bowl and flake with a fork. Add the drained sweet corn, finely chopped onion, finely chopped cilantro, salsa, and lime juice to the mixing bowl. Season with hot sauce, salt, and pepper to taste. Mix everything together for 10 Sec./Stufe 3/Linkslauf.
Assemble the tostadas
Spoon the tuna mixture onto the tostada shells. Top each tostada with a dollop of sour cream and a bit more hot sauce.
