Mix flour, sugar and salt

Add 500 g flour, 150 g sugar and 1 tsp salt to the mixing bowl and mix for 10 sec/speed 4.

Knead dough

Knead the dough for 2 min/kneading setting.

Roll out and cut the dough

Remove the dough from the mixing bowl, roll it out on a floured work surface and cut it into the desired shapes.

Baking

Place the dough pieces on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C top/bottom heat for approx. 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
