Description
This tropical fruit smoothie is an absolute pick-me-up! I love making it on hot days because it's super refreshing and gives you a great energy boost. The combination of banana, mango and pineapple is simply unbeatable and the buttermilk ensures a creamy consistency. If you like it vegan, you can simply replace the buttermilk with a plant-based alternative. Preparation is child's play and only takes a few minutes - perfect for a quick start to the day or as a healthy snack in between. An absolute favorite recipe that is always well received by me!
Ingredients (4 ingredients)

240 g Mango(s) frozen

150 g Pineapple

100 ml Buttermilk or Milk
Preparation (2 steps)
Prepare fruit
Let the mango thaw slightly. Peel the banana. Peel the pineapple, remove the core and quarter it. Cut the fruit into rough cubes.
Prepare smoothie
Put all the ingredients into the mixing bowl and puree for 1 min. 30 sec./level 10.
