Ingredients (11 ingredients)

  • 1 Stück red onion
  • 1 Zehe Garlic
  • 150 g Cherry tomatoes
  • 1 Handvoll Basil
  • 400 g Chopped tomatoes
  • 3 EL Olive oil
  • 2 TL Oregano
  • 1 TL Sweet paprika powder
  • 125 g Mozzarella
  • 300 g Pasta
  • Salt and pepper

Preparation (7 steps)

Chop onions and garlic

Place 1 red onion and 1 clove of garlic in the mixing bowl and chop for 3 sec./speed 5.

Sauté onions and garlic

Add 3 tbsp olive oil and sauté for 3 min./120°C/speed 1.

Add tomatoes and spices

Add 150 g halved cherry tomatoes, 400 g chopped tomatoes, 2 tsp oregano, 1 tsp sweet paprika powder, salt and pepper to the mixing bowl and mix for 5 sec./speed 3.

Fill sauce into baking dish

Pour the tomato sauce into a baking dish. Distribute 125 g of torn mozzarella and 1 handful of coarsely chopped basil on top.

Bake sauce

Place the baking dish in the preheated oven (200°C convection) and bake for 20 minutes.

Cook pasta

Cook 300 g of pasta according to package directions, drain and collect 50 ml of cooking water.

Mix pasta with sauce

Stir pasta and cooking water into the tomato mozzarella sauce.
