Description
This simple salad dressing with shallots, balsamic vinegar, olive oil and mustard is prepared in the Thermomix® in just 5 minutes. The recipe yields 4 servings and is ideal for fresh salads of all kinds. Perfect for quick, light cuisine. A versatile dressing that refines every salad.

2 TL Medium hot mustard

2 TL Sweet mustard

2 TL Agave nectar

2 TL Vegetable broth powder

Preparation (3 steps)
Chop shallots
Add 2 shallots to the mixing bowl and chop for 3 sec./level 5.
Prepare dressing
Add 4 tbsp light balsamic vinegar, 6 tbsp olive oil, 2 tsp medium hot mustard, 2 tsp sweet mustard, 2 tsp agave nectar, 2 tsp vegetable broth powder, pepper as needed and 12 tbsp water to the mixing bowl with the shallots and stir for 20 sec./level 3.
Add herbs
Add garden herbs or Ital. Herbs as needed and stir in for 5 sec./Reverse rotation level 2.
