Description

Easy to make vegan apple cake with a delicious oat flake crumble topping.

Ingredients (13 ingredients)

  • 150 g Flour
  • 150 g Oat flakes
  • 100 g Sugar
  • 2 EL Agave syrup
  • 150 g Oil
  • 2 EL Sparkling mineral water
  • 4 Stück Apples
  • 250 g Apple sauce
  • 150 g Soy milk
  • 1 Pck. Vanilla pudding powder
  • 0.5 TL Cinnamon powder
  • 1 Pck. Vanilla sugar
  • 1 Prise(n) Salt

Preparation (9 steps)

Mix dry dough ingredients

Put flour, oat flakes and sugar into the mixing bowl and mix for 10 sec./level 4.

Add moist dough ingredients and stir

Add agave syrup, oil and sparkling mineral water to the dry ingredients in the mixing bowl and stir for 20 sec./level 3 until a smooth crumble dough has formed.

Prepare dough

Remove two thirds of the dough and set aside. Grease a 26 springform pan.

Shape dough base

Place two thirds of the dough in the greased 26 springform pan and press firmly as a base, pulling it up slightly at the edge.

Prepare apples

Peel the apples and cut into small pieces.

Prepare filling

Put apple pieces, apple sauce, soy milk, vanilla pudding powder, cinnamon powder, vanilla sugar and salt into the mixing bowl and mix for 20 sec./level 3.

Distribute filling

Place the apple filling on the dough base and spread evenly.

Distribute crumbles

Sprinkle the remaining dough as crumbles over the apples.

Baking

Bake the cake for approx. 40 - 50 min. at 180 degrees top/bottom heat in a preheated oven on the middle rack.
