  • 1 litres Water
  • 1 cube Vegetable broth
  • 200 g Cherry tomato(es)
  • 2 Un peu Olive oil
  • 1 piece Onion(s)
  • 2 clove Garlic clove(s)
  • Grated Parmesan

Preparation (6 steps)

Sauté the onion and garlic

Thermomix® Setting

Pour a little olive oil into the Thermomix bowl. Add 1 onion cut into quarters and 2 cloves of garlic. Program 5 min/90°C/speed 1.

Add the tomatoes and broth

Wash and halve 200 g of cherry tomatoes. Add them to the Thermomix bowl with 1 vegetable stock cube. Salt and pepper to your taste.

Cooking pasta and chicken in steam

Thermomix® Setting
15 min/212°F/Linkslauf Speed 1 100 Reverse

Pour 1 liter of water into the bowl. Close the lid. Insert the steam plate on top and place 4 chicken breasts on it. Program 15 min/100°C/reverse direction/minimum speed to simmer.

Mix and add the chicken

Open the lid. Mix the ingredients with the spatula. Cut the poultry breasts into large strips and add them to the preparation in the Thermomix bowl. Taste and adjust the seasoning.

Finalize the cooking

10 min/212°F/Linkslauf Speed 1 100 Reverse

Restart cooking: 10 min/100°C/reverse direction/minimum speed, with the measuring cup on the lid.

Serve immediately. Sprinkle with fresh basil and grated Parmesan and drizzle with a dash of olive oil.
