Description

A delicious chocolate cake with a creamy vanilla pudding filling.

Ingredients (10 ingredients)

  • 300 g Flour
  • 200 g Sugar
  • 1 Pck. Baking powder
  • 4 Stück Eggs
  • 200 ml Baileys
  • 200 g Chocolate couverture
  • 100 g Butter
  • 300 ml Cream
  • 2 Pck. Vanilla pudding powder
  • 1 Prise Salt

Preparation (8 steps)

Melt chocolate

Thermomix® Setting

Break the chocolate couverture into pieces and put it into the mixing bowl together with the butter. Melt for 3 min./50°C/speed 2.

Prepare chocolate dough

Add the sugar and mix for 20 sec./speed 3.

Add eggs

Add the eggs and mix for 20 sec./speed 4.

Mix dry ingredients

Add flour, baking powder and salt and mix for 30 sec./speed 4.

Put dough in mold

Pour half of the dough into a greased springform pan (approx. 20 cm diameter).

Prepare pudding filling

Put vanilla pudding powder, half the amount of Baileys (100 ml) and cream into the mixing bowl. Prepare according to package instructions. Usually: 7 min./90°C/speed 2.

Spread pudding on dough

Put half of the pudding mixture onto the dough in the springform pan. Spread the remaining dough on top and pour the other half of the pudding on top.

Baking

Bake the cake in a preheated oven at 180°C (top/bottom heat) for approx. 50-60 minutes. Do a toothpick test to see if the cake is done.
