Description

Woodruff flavored Christmas cookies in the shape of fir trees.

Ingredients (7 ingredients)

125 g Flour
1 Messerspitze Baking powder
75 g Sugar
1 Päckchen Vanilla sugar
1 Beutel Instant jelly (woodruff flavor)
75 g Butter
2 EL Water

Preparation (5 steps)

Mix dry ingredients

Add flour, baking powder, sugar, vanilla sugar and instant jelly powder to the mixing bowl and mix for 10 sec./level 4.

Prepare dough

Thermomix® Setting

2 min/Kneading speed

Add butter and water and process with the Patix dough knife instead of the standard knife for 2 min./kneading stage to a smooth dough.

Roll out and cut out dough

Briefly knead the dough again on a floured work surface and then roll out to just under ½ cm thick. Cut out fir trees with a corresponding shape and place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
