Description
Christmas Raffaello confectionery is a festive dessert from the Thermomix® with icing sugar, white chocolate, butter and coconut flakes. The preparation of the confectionery takes about 45 minutes and yields a larger portion of finger food. The recipe is particularly suitable for Christmas occasions and lovers of coconut and chocolate. It is ideal as a sweet treat or for giving away.
Ingredients (9 ingredients)

50 g Icing sugar

1 P. Vanilla sugar

70 g Butter
-
200 g White chocolate
-
4 EL Orange juice
-
80 g Coconut flakes
-
1 Msp. Cinnamon

Coconut flakes for rolling

Paper cases
Preparation (5 steps)
Chop chocolate
Put chocolate in pieces into the mixing bowl and chop for 10 sec./speed 8. Scrape down with the spatula.
Melt chocolate
Melt chopped chocolate for 3 min./50°C/speed 2.
Prepare dough
Add icing sugar, vanilla sugar, butter in small pieces, orange juice, cinnamon and coconut flakes and mix for 20 sec./speed 3.
Form balls
Form small balls from the mixture and roll in coconut flakes.
Complete confectionery
Place the balls in paper cases and let them set in the refrigerator.
