Description

These white rum balls are a delicious confectionery for the winter time. They are prepared with ladyfingers, white chocolate, almonds and rum. The preparation takes about 2 hours, including chilling time. Ideal as a dessert or finger food for festive occasions.

Ingredients (9 ingredients)

  • 200 g Ladyfingers
  • 70 g Butter
  • 2 EL Sweet cream
  • 200 g White chocolate
  • 60 g Ground almonds
  • 40 g Rum
  • Sugar
  • White grated chocolate
  • Dark chocolate sprinkles

Preparation (4 steps)

Grind ladyfingers

Add 200 g ladyfingers to the mixing bowl and grind finely for 30 sec./speed 5 and transfer.

Heat cream, butter and chocolate

Add 70 g butter, 2 tbsp sweet cream and 200 g white chocolate to the mixing bowl and heat for 7 min./37°C/speed 1.5.

Mix almonds, biscuits and rum

Add 60 g ground almonds, ground biscuits and 40 g rum and mix for 10 sec./speed 4.

Refrigerate and shape

Refrigerate the mixture for about 1 hour, form balls and roll in sugar or / and chocolate.
