Description

This Welf pudding is a festive dessert that is especially good for Christmas. The creamy pudding is refined with a delicious glaze of egg yolk and white wine. Preparation takes about 30 minutes, and cooling takes at least 2 hours. Ideal for anyone who loves a sweet treat.

Ingredients (9 ingredients)

  • 0.5 l Milk
  • 1 packet Cream Pudding
  • Sugar
  • 1 piece Peel of a Lemon (grated)
  • 3 piece Egg white
  • 3 EBI. Sugar
  • 6 piece Egg yolk
  • 6 EBI. White wine
  • Juice of a Lemon

Preparation (4 steps)

Cook Milk and Pudding

Thermomix® Setting
15 min/212°F/Speed 2 212°F

Add 1/2 l milk to the mixing bowl. Add one packet of cream pudding and sugar to taste. Add peel of a lemon (grated). Cook for 15 Min./100°C/Speed 2.

Beat egg whites and fold in

Beat 3 egg whites until stiff. Let the pudding cool slightly and carefully fold in the beaten egg whites.

Prepare Glaze

Thermomix® Setting
10 min/176°F/Speed 3 176°F

Put 3 TBL. sugar, 6 egg yolks, 6 TBL. white wine and juice of a lemon (to taste) in the mixing bowl. Stir for 10 Min./80°C/Speed 3 until the mixture thickens slightly.

Pour glaze over pudding and let cool

Pour the glaze over the cooled pudding and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
