Description
This white peach cocktail with prosecco is an explosion of freshness and flavor, perfect for warm summer evenings or a special brunch. The peach puree, prepared with a touch of lemon and a pinch of sugar, blends harmoniously with the bubbles of prosecco, creating an elegant and refreshing drink. I often prepare it when I have guests for dinner, always with great success. It is very easy to make and can be prepared in advance, storing the peach puree in the refrigerator. A tasty idea is to add a few mint leaves for an even more aromatic touch. Ideal for an aperitif or a festive toast!
Ingredients (6 ingredients)

4 piece white peaches or donut peaches

1 tbsp sugar

500 ml prosecco

lemon juice

ice cubes

4 clove peaches
Preparation (5 steps)
Prepare peaches
The white peaches or donut peaches are cleaned by removing the pit and peel. Then, cut them into small pieces.
Puree peaches
The peach pieces are transferred to the Thermomix bowl. Add the lemon juice and sugar. Blend for 20 Sec./level 8 until you get a smooth and velvety puree.
Prepare glasses
Let's fill each flute with ice cubes and stir with a teaspoon to cool the glasses. Let's empty the glasses of ice.
Mix cocktail
Pour about 60 ml of peach puree into each flute. Add a little prosecco and mix gently to combine. Then complete by filling the glasses with more prosecco to the brim.
Garnish and serve
Garnish each flute with a peach wedge on the edge. Serve our cocktails immediately.
