Pour the whole wheat flour, cold butter in pieces, egg yolks, chestnut honey and a pinch of salt into the bowl.
Dough
Knead for 2 Min./Speed 4.
Resting in the fridge
Form a ball with the dough, wrap it in plastic wrap and let it rest in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
