Description

These wholemeal muffins with berries are perfect for a healthy and delicious breakfast or a nutritious snack. The wholemeal flour gives a rustic flavour and a soft texture, while the berries add a touch of freshness and natural sweetness. Preparing them with the Thermomix® is child's play! I love them because they are quick to make and always please everyone, young and old. You can vary the berries depending on the season or your tastes, using blackberries, currants or wild strawberries. They are also excellent warm, just baked!

Ingredients (8 ingredients)

  • 3 uova eggs
  • 150 g cane sugar
  • 80 g seed oil
  • 100 g water
  • 280 g wholemeal flour
  • 16 g baking powder
  • raspberries
  • blueberries

Preparation of the dough

In the Thermomix bowl, insert the eggs and cane sugar. Mix for 30 seconds at speed 4.

Addition of liquid ingredients

Add the seed oil and water to the bowl. Mix for 20 seconds at speed 3.

Incorporation of the flour

Add the wholemeal flour to the bowl. Mix for 30 seconds at speed 4.

Addition of the yeast

Thermomix® Setting
10 sec/keine/Speed 3

Add the baking powder to the bowl. Mix for 10 seconds at speed 3.

Pour the dough into the molds

Using an ice cream scoop, pour the dough into the paper liners inserted in a 12 muffin tin. Fill them for 2/3 to prevent the dough from overflowing during baking.

Decoration and baking

Decorate by adding a few raspberries and blueberries on top of each muffin, then bake in a preheated ventilated oven at 170 °C for 20-25 minutes.
