Ingredients (11 ingredients)

  • 500 g Durum wheat spaghetti
  • 1 Tomato
  • 5 Garlic cloves
  • 2 Chili peppers
  • 5 EL Parsley
  • 2 TL Vegetable broth powder
  • 100 ml Extra virgin olive oil
  • 40 g Hard cheese
  • 1 TL Basil
  • 1 TL Oregano
  • 0.5 TL Salt

Preparation (5 steps)

Cook spaghetti

Cook spaghetti according to package directions. Scoop out 2 ladles of cooking water shortly before the end of the cooking time and set aside.

Grate hard cheese

Place 40g of hard cheese in the mixing bowl and grate for 10 sec./speed 8. Transfer and set aside.

Prepare spice mixture

Place 1 tomato, 5 cloves of garlic, 2 chili peppers, 5 tablespoons of parsley, 1 teaspoon of basil and 1 teaspoon of oregano in the mixing bowl and chop for 5 sec./speed 5. Add 2 teaspoons of vegetable broth powder and the 2 ladles of pasta cooking water and stir for 2 min./none/speed 2.

Mix pasta with spice mixture

Place the drained spaghetti in the mixing bowl. Add the spice mixture and the grated hard cheese and mix for 1 min./none/soft stir setting.

Fold in olive oil

Add 100 ml of olive oil and briefly fold in with the spatula.
