Description
This iced coffee is a refreshing drink for the summer. It consists of instant coffee, sugar, milk and ice cubes. The preparation is simple and quick, ideal for one person. Enjoy this delicious iced coffee as a dessert or just in between.
Ingredients (4 ingredients)

2 EL instant coffee

2 EL Sugar

200 ml Milk

3 Stück Ice cubes
Preparation (2 steps)
Prepare coffee cream
Add 2 tablespoons of instant coffee, 2 tablespoons of sugar and 2 tablespoons of hot water to the mixing bowl and whisk with the Meistermix Patix instead of the standard knife for approx. 3 minutes/speed 3.5 until a thick, creamy, light mass is formed.
Prepare iced coffee
Heat 200 ml milk as desired or fill a glass cold with ice cubes. Add the coffee cream on top and serve.
