Description

This hearty meat dish with vegetables is an absolute classic that I always enjoy preparing. The combination of tender cutlets, crunchy vegetables and a creamy sauce is simply unbeatable. It is super easy to prepare and perfect for a quick dinner or a party. It tastes particularly good when served with fresh bread or pasta. If you like, you can sprinkle some grated cheese on top shortly before the end of the baking time. A hearty treat for the whole family!

Ingredients (12 ingredients)

  • 4 piece Pork cutletChicken or turkey cutlet etc.
  • 1 piece Onion(s)
  • 100 g Oil for the dish
  • 250 g Mushrooms sliced ​​into thin slices
  • 2 piece Pickled cucumber(s)possibly more, cut into strips
  • 2 piece Bell pepper(s)cut into strips
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 250 ml Broth
  • 200 g Sour cream
  • 2 tbsp Tomato paste
  • to taste Tabascoor Hot Pepper Sauce or similar Salt and pepper
  • to taste Paprika powder, hot rose possibly.

Prepare cutlets

Season the cutlets with salt and pepper and place in a casserole dish. Grease the casserole dish with oil.

Chop onion

Add 100 g oil to the onions in the mixing bowl and sauté for 3 min./120°C/speed 1.

Add mushrooms, pickled cucumbers and peppers

Add the thinly sliced mushrooms, the pickled cucumbers cut into strips and the bell peppers cut into strips to the mixing bowl and sauté for 3 min./120°C/speed 1.

Pour the sauce over the cutlets in the casserole dish.

Cook the casserole dish in the preheated oven at 170 °C circulating air or 200 °C top/bottom heat for approx. 20 to 30 min.
