These yogurt pancakes are a delightful twist on a classic breakfast treat! I've been making these for my family for years, and they always disappear in minutes. Ingredients (10 ingredients)

  • 1.5 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tbsp white sugar
  • 1.5 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp baking soda
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 piece egg
  • 0.25 cup water
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp vegetable oil

Combine dry ingredients

Add 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour, 1 tablespoon white sugar, 1 ½ teaspoons baking powder, 1 teaspoon salt, and ½ teaspoon baking soda to the mixing bowl. Mix for 10 Sec./Stufe 4 to combine.

Combine wet ingredients

Add 1 cup Greek yogurt, 1 egg, ¼ cup water, and 1 teaspoon vanilla extract to the mixing bowl. Mix for 10 Sec./Stufe 3 to combine.

Combine wet and dry ingredients

15 sec/Speed 3

Pour the wet ingredients into the mixing bowl with the dry ingredients. Mix for 15 Sec./Stufe 3. If the batter is too thick, add additional water by the tablespoon and mix for 5 Sec./Stufe 3 until the desired consistency is reached.

Cook the pancakes

Heat 1 teaspoon vegetable oil in a griddle or skillet over medium heat. Use approximately 1/4 cup of batter per pancake. Cook until golden brown, 2 to 3 minutes per side.
