Ingredients (3 ingredients)

3 morceaux sugar
2 piece oranges
7 piece carrots

Preparation (3 steps)

Grated carrots

Thermomix® Setting

5 sec/Speed 5

Peel the 7 carrots and cut them into pieces. Put the pieces of carrots into the mixing bowl and grate for 5 Sec./Level 5. Scrape the sides of the bowl with the spatula.

Orange juice

Press the 2 oranges to extract the juice. Pour the orange juice into the mixing bowl with the grated carrots.

Mixing and cooling

10 sec/Speed 3

Add the 3 pieces of sugar into the mixing bowl. Mix everything for 10 Sec./Level 3. Pour the preparation into individual bowls and refrigerate for at least 15 minutes before serving.
