Description

Dieses Zimt-Hähnchen ist ein überraschend aromatisches Gericht, das schnell zubereitet ist und perfekt für ein unkompliziertes Abendessen unter der Woche geeignet ist. Die Kombination aus Zimt und herzhaften Gewürzen verleiht dem Hähnchen eine besondere Note, die sowohl Kinder als auch Erwachsene lieben. Ich mache es oft, wenn es schnell gehen muss und ich trotzdem etwas Besonderes auf den Tisch bringen möchte. Es ist auch eine tolle Möglichkeit, Hähnchenbrust mal anders zuzubereiten. Serviert mit Reis oder Gemüse ist es ein vollwertiges und leckeres Gericht.

Ingredients (6 ingredients)

  • 4 piece skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp Italian-style seasoning
  • 1.5 tsp garlic powder
  • 3 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp ground black pepper

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). No Thermomix settings are needed for this step.

Hähnchen würzen

Place chicken in a lightly greased 9x13 inch baking dish. In the Thermomix bowl, add 1 tsp ground cinnamon, 2 tbsp Italian-style seasoning, 1 1/2 tsp garlic powder, 3 tsp salt, and 1 tsp ground black pepper. Mix for 5 Sec./Stufe 3 to combine the spices. Then, sprinkle evenly over the chicken. (Note: You can be liberal with the seasoning, garlic powder, salt and pepper; however, the cinnamon should only be a dusting and not clumped.)

Hähnchen backen

Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for about 30 minutes or until chicken is cooked through and juices run clear. No Thermomix settings are needed for this step.
