  • 4 piece skinless, boneless chicken breast halves (6 ounce each)
  • 3 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

Preheat Oven

Preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F). This step is done outside of the Thermomix to prepare for baking.

Prepare Chicken and Sauce

Place the 4 (6 ounce) skinless, boneless chicken breast halves in a glass baking dish. In the Thermomix bowl, combine 3 tablespoons of soy sauce and 2 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce. Mix for 5 Sec./Stufe 3 to combine the sauce ingredients.

Pour Sauce Over Chicken

Pour the mixed soy and Worcestershire sauce over the chicken breasts in the baking dish. Ensure the chicken is evenly coated.

Bake Chicken

Cover the baking dish with a lid or aluminum foil. Bake in the preheated oven for 50 minutes, or until the juices run clear. If using frozen chicken breasts, bake for 1 hour. This step is done outside of the Thermomix.
