Description

This lemon tiramisu is a refreshing Italian dessert classic, prepared in the Thermomix®. The main ingredients are lemon juice, mascarpone, quark, cream and Lemon Curd. The recipe is ideal as a festive dessert or for a summer treat. The preparation time is 140 minutes, of which 30 minutes are active working time, and yields 10 servings.

Ingredients (15 ingredients)

  • 100 g Lemon juice
  • 150 g Water
  • 180 g Sugar
  • 500 g Mascarpone
  • 500 g Quark
  • 200 g Cream
  • 300 g Lemon Curd
  • 3 EL Limoncello
  • 400 g Ladyfingers
  • 1 Stück Unwaxed lemon, in slices
  • 70 g Sugar
  • 2 Stück Unwaxed lemons (zest)
  • 2 Stück Lemons (juice)
  • 60 g Butter in pieces
  • 2 Stück Eggs

Preparation (10 steps)

Prepare syrup

Thermomix® Setting

Put lemon juice, water and 150 g sugar in the mixing bowl and boil for 6 min. | 100°C | speed 2 without the measuring cup.

Pour syrup and rinse mixing bowl

Pour the syrup into another bowl and rinse the mixing bowl with cold water.

Prepare cream

Insert the butterfly whisk. Add mascarpone, quark, cream, 30 g sugar and 200 g Lemon Curd to the mixing bowl and whip for 1 min. | speed 3.5, stopping early if necessary, while observing.

Mix syrup and Limoncello

Pour the syrup into a flat dish and mix with Limoncello.

First layer of ladyfingers and cream

Dip half of the ladyfingers into the mixture and spread them in the baking dish. Spread half of the cream on top.

Second layer of ladyfingers and cream

Dip the remaining ladyfingers in the mixture and layer them in the dish with the remaining cream. Finish with the remaining lemon curd.

Chill and Serve

Refrigerate the tiramisu for at least 2 hours, then serve garnished with lemon slices.

Prepare Lemon Curd

Put 70 g sugar and the zest of 2 unwaxed lemons in the mixing bowl, pulverize for 20 sec. | speed 10 and scrape down with the spatula.

Cook Lemon Curd

Add juice of 2 lemons, 60 g butter in pieces, 2 eggs, remove the measuring cup and heat everything for 12 min. | 90°C | speed 2.

Puree Lemon Curd

Thermomix® Setting
25 sec/keine/Speed 6

Insert the measuring cup and puree the curd for 25 sec. | speed 6. Transfer to a bowl and let cool.
