Description

These toasted bread variations are a quick and easy dish, ideal for parties, picnics or as a quick snack. With different toppings such as salami, cherry tomatoes, onions, mushrooms, corn and peas, there is something for every taste. Preparation in the Thermomix® enables quick and uncomplicated preparation. Perfect for student kitchens or when you need something quick.

Ingredients (12 ingredients)

  • 8 Scheiben Toast
  • 2 EL Tomato paste
  • 150 g Mozzarella balls
  • 1 Prise Salt
  • 1 Prise Pepper
  • 2 TL Pizza herbs
  • 4 Scheiben Salami
  • 4 Stück Cherry tomatoes
  • 1 kleine Red onion
  • 4 Stück Mushrooms
  • 4 EL Corn
  • 4 EL Peas - frozen

Preparation (8 steps)

Chop the onion (for pizza toast with salami)

Place 1 small red onion in the mixing bowl and chop for 3 sec./speed 5. Use the spatula to scrape down the sides.

Preheat the oven

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius (top and bottom heat).

Prepare the toast

Place the toast slices on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.

Spread the toast

Spread 2 tablespoons of tomato paste on the toast slices.

Chop the mozzarella

Thermomix® Setting
3 sec/Speed 4

Place 150 g mozzarella balls in the mixing bowl and chop for 3 sec./speed 4. Use the spatula to scrape down the sides.

Top the toast

Top the toast slices with the chopped mozzarella. Then top the toasts with the other ingredients (salami, cherry tomatoes, onions, mushrooms, corn, peas) as desired.

Season the toast

Season the topped toasts with salt, pepper and 2 teaspoons of pizza herbs.

Bake the toast

Bake the pizza toasts in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes, until the cheese is melted and lightly browned.
