  • 1 kg Ground meat, mixed
  • 4 Stück Large onion(s)
  • 1 Liter Vegetable broth
  • 2 Becher Sour cream
  • 1 Flasche Sauce (Texicana-Salsa or Chili sauce)
  • 2 Pck. Processed cheese with herbs
  • 1 Pck. Cream cheese spread
  • 1 Glas Ajvar, mild
  • 2 Gläser Ajvar, hot (1050 g total)
  • Oil

Chop the onions

Peel and quarter the onions and place in the mixing bowl. Chop for 3 sec./speed 5.

Sauté the onions

Add some oil to the onions in the mixing bowl and sauté for 3 min./120°C/speed 1.

Brown the meat

Brown the ground meat in a separate pan until crumbly.

Prepare the soup

Add the browned ground meat, vegetable broth, sour cream, sauce, processed cheese with herbs, cream cheese spread, mild ajvar, and hot ajvar to the mixing bowl and simmer for 10 min./100°C/speed 1.
