Description
The hearty minced meat cheese leek soup from the Thermomix® is quickly prepared with minced meat, leek and processed cheese. Preparation takes about 40 minutes and yields 10 servings. The recipe is ideal as a filling main course for the whole family. Seasoned with vegetable broth, pepper and salt, this soup is an inexpensive and uncomplicated dish.

4 Stück Stalks Leek (cleaned approx. 800g)

400 g Cream processed cheese

400 g Herb processed cheese

2 l Vegetable broth

Pepper

Salt
Preparation (6 steps)
Prepare leek
Clean the leek and cut into fine rings.
Fry minced meat
Fry minced meat in a separate pan.
Sauté minced meat and leek
Add fried minced meat and leek to the mixing bowl and sauté for 10 Min./120°C/level 1.
Add vegetable broth and bring to a boil
Add vegetable broth, bring to a boil and simmer for 15 Min./100°C/level 1.
Add processed cheese
Add cream processed cheese and herb processed cheese and melt on low setting for 5 Min./60°C/level 2.
Season soup
Season with salt and pepper.
