Ingredients (10 ingredients)

  • 50 g Sun-dried tomatoes in oil (jar), drained, reserving 3 tbsp of the oil
  • 1 TL Herb salt
  • 300 g Broccoli, in florets
  • 0.5 TL Pepper
  • 30 g Basil pesto
  • 200 g Cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 3 TL Crema di Balsamico plus some for garnish
  • 125 g Mini mozzarella
  • 2 EL Pine nuts for garnish
  • Basil leaves for garnish

Preparation (3 steps)

Chop the sun-dried tomatoes

Place the sun-dried tomatoes in the mixing bowl and chop for 4 sec./speed 7. Scrape down the sides with the spatula.

Prepare the salad

Add the tomato oil (from the sun-dried tomatoes, 3 tbsp), broccoli, basil pesto, Crema di Balsamico, herb salt and pepper to the mixing bowl and chop for 6 sec./speed 4.5 with the help of the spatula.

Finish the salad

Add the cherry tomatoes and mozzarella and fold in with the spatula. Transfer to a bowl and garnish with pine nuts and Crema di Balsamico before serving.
