Description
These simple biscuits in 5 minutes are quickly prepared with the Thermomix®. Soft butter, egg, sugar, flour and baking powder are transformed into a delicious dough in no time. In just 15 minutes, delicious biscuits are created for an afternoon coffee break or as a sweet snack. The recipe is ideal for anyone who has little time and still wants to enjoy homemade biscuits. Yields approx. 20 pieces.
Ingredients (5 ingredients)

125 g soft butter

1 Stück Egg

50 g Sugar

200 g Flour

1 TL Baking powder
Preparation (4 steps)
Put ingredients into the mixing bowl
Put all ingredients – 125g soft butter, 1 egg, 50g sugar, 200g flour and 1 tsp baking powder – into the mixing bowl.
Prepare dough
Process all ingredients for 20 sec/speed 4 to a dough.
Preheat oven
Preheat oven to 180°C top/bottom heat.
Form and bake biscuits
Form small balls from the dough and place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Press down lightly and bake in the preheated oven for about 10 minutes.
