Description
These Christmas biscuits are a tradition in my family. The recipe is simple and perfect to make with children. The dough, with its touch of cocoa, is delicious and spreads easily. The aroma that fills the house while they bake is pure Christmas magic. They are ideal for giving as gifts or enjoying with a cup of hot chocolate. Go ahead and prepare them and share the joy of Christmas! You can decorate them with icing sugar to simulate snow or with coloured icing. A festive dessert that always triumphs!
Ingredients (5 ingredients)

180 gr flour

30 gr cocoa powder
-
100 gr sugar

1 piece egg
-
100 gr butter
Preparation (7 steps)
Dry ingredients and butter to the bowl
Place 180 g of flour, 30 g of cocoa powder and 100 g of sugar in the Thermomix bowl. Add 100 g of butter cut into cubes.
Mix dry ingredients and butter
Mix the ingredients for 20 seconds at speed 4. The mixture should be sandy.
Add egg
Add 1 beaten egg to the bowl. Mix for 20 seconds at speed 4.
Roll out the dough
Pour the dough onto a floured surface and roll it out with a rolling pin until the desired thickness is obtained.
Cut out the biscuits
Cut out the biscuits with Christmas-shaped cutters.
Bake the biscuits
Place the biscuits on a greased baking tray and bake for 15 minutes at 170°C in a preheated oven.
Cool and decorate
Remove the biscuits from the oven and let them cool completely before decorating with icing sugar.
