Description

This chocolate and mascarpone dessert is a real treat! I often prepare it for birthday parties or when I want to pamper myself with something special. The combination of dark chocolate with the creaminess of mascarpone is simply irresistible. The preparation is quite simple and quick, especially with the help of the Thermomix. The result is a fresh and delicious dessert, perfect to enjoy after a dinner with friends or family. A tip? Prepare it in advance, so the flavors blend well!

Ingredients (7 ingredients)

  • 300 g dark chocolate
  • 250 g mascarpone
  • 250 ml fresh cream for whipping
  • 100 g condensed milk
  • 23 piece ladyfingers
  • cold coffee (for soaking ladyfingers)
  • bitter cocoa for decoration

Coffee preparation

Prepare the coffee and let it cool completely. This step is essential for soaking the ladyfingers.

Melt the chocolate

Put 200 g of dark chocolate in pieces in the bowl and melt for 3 Min./50°C/Stufe 2.

Whip the cream and mascarpone

Thermomix® Setting
2 min/Speed 3.5

Insert the butterfly whisk. Add 250 ml of fresh cream and 250 g of mascarpone to the bowl. Whip for 2 Min./Stufe 3.5.

Incorporate the condensed milk

Remove the butterfly whisk. Add 100 g of condensed milk and mix for 20 Sek./Stufe 3.

Add the melted chocolate

Add the melted chocolate from the bowl and mix for 20 Sek./Stufe 3.

Chop the remaining chocolate

Thermomix® Setting

Put the remaining 100 g of dark chocolate in pieces in the bowl and chop for 5 Sek./Stufe 7.

Incorporate the chopped chocolate

Add the chopped chocolate to the mixture and mix gently with a spatula.

Assembling the dessert

Quickly soak the ladyfingers in the cold coffee. In a baking dish (25x15 cm), spread a first layer of chocolate cream, arrange the soaked ladyfingers on top. Cover with half of the cream and form another layer of soaked ladyfingers. Put the rest of the cream on top and decorate with plenty of sifted bitter cocoa.

Cooling

Keep in the fridge for at least 2 hours before serving.
