Description
This simple cheesecake, prepared in the Thermomix®, consists mainly of flour, sugar, margarine and eggs. It is ideal for coffee parties, birthdays or festive occasions. The preparation time is a total of 95 minutes, of which 35 minutes is active working time for one serving. The recipe is suitable for anyone who loves a classic cake and wants to bake it easily.

500 g Low-fat curd cheese

1 Pck. Vanilla custard powder

1 Stück Lemon(s), juice of it
Preparation (6 steps)
Mix ingredients for the base
Add 150 g flour, 150 g sugar, 150 g margarine, 3 eggs and 2 packs. vanilla sugar into the mixing bowl and mix for 20 sec./speed 4.
Add baking powder
Add 3/4 pack. baking powder and stir in for 5 sec./speed 3.
Pour dough into springform pan
Pour the dough into a greased springform pan (26cm).
Mix ingredients for the topping
Put 150 g sugar, 150 g margarine, 500 g low-fat curd cheese, 1 pack. vanilla custard powder, 3 eggs and the juice of a lemon into the mixing bowl and mix for 30 sec./speed 4.
Put the topping on the base
Pour the topping onto the base in the springform pan.
Bake cake
Bake the cake at 180 degrees convection for about 55 minutes. Please do a chopstick test to test whether the cake is ready and add a few more minutes of baking time if necessary. After baking, let the cake rest in the oven for a few minutes.
