Easy and fruity cheesecake muffins with tangerines.
Ingredients (6 ingredients)

250 g Quark (20%)

250 g Yogurt (3,5%)

2 Stück Eggs
-
100 g Erythritol
-
1 Päckchen Vanilla pudding powder

90 g Tangerines (canned, without sugar)
Preparation (4 steps)
Prepare ingredients
Drain the tangerines. Prepare muffin cups.
Prepare dough
Place quark, yogurt, eggs, erythritol and vanilla pudding powder in the mixing bowl and stir for 30 sec./speed 4.
Fill muffins
Fill the dough into the muffin cups and press 2 tangerine pieces into each muffin.
Baking
Bake the muffins in a preheated oven at 160°C circulating air for about 30 minutes.
