Description

This mild split pea and spinach dhal is a comforting and nutritious meal, perfect for a cozy evening. I've been making this recipe for my family for years, and it's always a hit! The combination of yellow split peas, spinach, and mild spices creates a flavorful and satisfying dish. It's also incredibly easy to make in the Thermomix®, making it a great option for busy weeknights. This dhal is naturally vegetarian and can easily be made vegan by omitting the yogurt topping.
