Description

This mushroom-ham lasagna is a hearty and creamy dish that's perfect for a cozy evening. The combination of fresh mushrooms, spicy ham and a creamy béchamel sauce with goat cream cheese makes this lasagna an absolute delight. I like to make it in the fall when it gets colder outside. The preparation takes a while, but it's definitely worth it! You can also prepare the lasagna well and then bake it in the oven. It tastes simply delicious and is an absolute favorite recipe!

Ingredients (14 ingredients)

  • 600 g Mushrooms
  • 2 piece Shallots
  • 35 g Butter
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper
  • 35 g Flour
  • 300 ml Milk
  • 250 ml Vegetable broth
  • 150 g Goat cream cheese
  • to taste Grated nutmeg
  • 200 g Ham
  • 60 g Parmesan or vegetarian hard cheese
  • 6 piece Lasagna sheets

Preparation (8 steps)

Prepare mushrooms and shallots

Clean 600 g mushrooms and slice. Peel and finely dice 2 shallots. These steps are prepared outside of the Thermomix.

Sauté mushrooms and shallots

Thermomix® Setting
5 min/248°F/Speed 1 120

Put 35 g butter and 2 tbsp olive oil into the mixing bowl and melt for 3 min./120°C/speed 1. Add mushrooms and shallots, season with salt and pepper and sauté for 5 min./120°C/speed 1.

Remove mushroom-shallot mixture

Remove the mushroom-shallot mixture from the mixing bowl and set aside.

Prepare béchamel

Thermomix® Setting
2 min/212°F/Speed 2 100

Put 35 g butter in the mixing bowl and melt for 2 min./100°C/speed 1. Add 35 g flour and sweat for 2 min./100°C/speed 2.

Finish béchamel

Thermomix® Setting
30 sec/Speed 3

Add 300 ml milk and 250 ml vegetable broth and simmer for 8 min./90°C/speed 3. Stir in 150 g goat cream cheese and season with salt, pepper and grated nutmeg. Stir for 30 sec./speed 3.

Prepare ham

Cut 200 g ham into small cubes. Grate 60 g Parmesan or vegetarian hard cheese. Halve 6 lasagna sheets. These steps are prepared outside of the Thermomix.

Layer lasagna

Grease 4 small casserole dishes (11 x 11 cm; 4 cm high). Put 1 tsp of sauce in each dish. Place 1/2 lasagna sheet on top, spread 1/3 of the mushrooms, ham and béchamel on top. Continue until everything is used up. Sprinkle with Parmesan. These steps are prepared outside of the Thermomix.

Bake lasagna

Bake the prepared lasagna dishes in a preheated oven (electric oven: 175 °C/ convection oven: 150 °C/ gas: see manufacturer) for 30–40 minutes. This step is carried out outside of the Thermomix.
