275 g Flour
130 g Butter
100 g Sugar
3 Stück Egg yolks
Zest of one untreated lemon
1 Prise Salt
Flour for dusting
150 g Powdered sugar
1 Stück Untreated lemon

Preparation (5 steps)

Prepare the dough

Put 275 g flour, 130 g butter in pieces, 100 g sugar, 3 egg yolks and 1 pinch of salt into the mixing bowl. Add the grated zest of one untreated lemon. Using the Patix dough tool, process into a dough for 2 min./knead setting. Form the dough into a ball, wrap in cling film and let it rest in the fridge for at least 1 hour. Knead again.

Roll out the dough and cut out stars

Preheat the oven to 200°C top/bottom heat (convection oven 180°C). Lightly dust the work surface with flour. Roll out the dough to about 3 mm thick and cut out stars. Place the stars on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
