3 piece eggs
1 bicchiere sugar
1 bicchiere milk
0.5 bicchiere seed oil
3 bicchiere 00 flour
0.5 packet baking powder
1 tsp cinnamon powder
3 piece apples
cane sugar

Preparation of the dough

In the Thermomix bowl, insert the eggs, sugar, milk and seed oil. Mix for 30 seconds at speed 4.

Addition of dry ingredients

Add the flour, baking powder and cinnamon powder to the bowl. Mix for 20 seconds at speed 5, making sure there are no lumps.

Incorporation of the apples

Peel the apples, remove the core and cut them into small pieces. Add the diced apples to the bowl and gently mix with the spatula to incorporate them into the dough.

Baking in the oven

Pour the mixture into a 24 cm diameter cake tin, previously lined with baking paper. Level the surface and sprinkle with cane sugar. Bake in a preheated ventilated oven at 170°C for 45 minutes.
