Plum tart with a hint of cinnamon.

Ingredients (11 ingredients)

  • 200 g Flour
  • 100 g Butter, cold, in pieces
  • 50 g Sugar
  • 0.25 tsp Salt
  • 1 piece Egg
  • 750 g Plums
  • 200 g Sour half cream
  • 2 piece Eggs
  • 50 g Sugar
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 cup Pistachios ground

Prepare shortcrust pastry

Put flour, butter in pieces, sugar, salt and egg into the mixing bowl and process for 2 min./kneading stage to form a dough.

Chill dough

Shape the dough into a ball, flatten it and chill wrapped in foil for about 30 minutes.

Preheat oven

Preheat oven to 200 °C top/bottom heat.

Roll out dough and place in dish

Roll out the dough thinly on a lightly floured work surface (approx. 32 cm Ø). Place in the prepared dish, prick the base with a fork.

Prepare topping

Pit and halve the plums.

Prepare custard

Put sour half cream, eggs, sugar and cinnamon into the mixing bowl and stir for 20 sec./speed 3.

Top and bake the tart

Spread the plums on the dough. Pour the custard over it. Bake the tart in the lower half of the preheated oven for about 30 minutes.
