Description

These rolled salmon cucumber bites are a real eye-catcher at any party or brunch! I love making them because they are so quick and easy to prepare. The fresh dill and sesame give the smoked salmon a great, aromatic note. The lime provides a pleasant acidity that harmonizes perfectly with the creamed horseradish. If you like it a little spicier, you can of course use a little more horseradish. Preparation with the Thermomix® is super easy and guaranteed to succeed! An absolute favorite recipe that is always well received.

Ingredients (9 ingredients)

  • 1 piece Cucumber
  • 0.5 piece red bell pepper
  • 1 bunch fresh Dill
  • 4 tbsp black Sesame
  • 4 tbsp white Sesame
  • 400 g Smoked Salmon in slices
  • 200 g Cream Cheese
  • 0.5 piece Lime
  • 2 tbsp Creamed Horseradish

Preparation (5 steps)

Prepare Cucumber and Bell Pepper

Halve the cucumber and bell pepper lengthwise, remove the seeds and cut both lengthwise into approx. 5 mm thick strips. No Thermomix setting required.

Chop Dill and Mix with Sesame

Wash the dill and put it in the mixing bowl. Chop for 3 sec./speed 5. Then mix the dill with the black and white sesame in a bowl.

Prepare Cream Cheese Cream

Thermomix® Setting
10 sec/Speed 3

Put cream cheese, lime juice and creamed horseradish in the mixing bowl and stir for 10 sec./speed 3.

Form Salmon Rolls

Place half of the smoked salmon slices next to each other on an approx. 30 cm long piece of cling film, so that they overlap by about 2 cm. Spread half of the cream cheese cream on the salmon slices, leaving a border. Now put half of the bell pepper and cucumber in the middle and spread over the entire length. Using the cling film, roll up the salmon slices firmly from the long side and toss in the sesame-dill mixture. Make a second roll with the remaining ingredients. No Thermomix setting required.

Serve

Cut the salmon rolls into 2 cm thick slices to serve. No Thermomix setting required.
