Description

This dish with ribbon rice noodles is a true classic of Asian cuisine! The combination of sweet, sour and salty flavors makes it an unforgettable taste experience. I love how quick and easy it is to prepare - perfect for a stressful evening. The shrimps provide an extra portion of protein, but chicken or tofu are also a great fit. Fresh limes and crunchy peanuts round off the dish perfectly. An absolute must for all lovers of Asian cuisine!
